Refund & Return Policy

At Arusi Bandhan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or stitched orders
  • Perfumes, jewelry, and accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The size received is different from the order

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash

Refund processing may take 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made from our side.

Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the product received is incorrect or damaged.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
